Shiv Nadar University is an international, multi-disciplinary research focused university. The University’s mission is to develop and educate the leaders of tomorrow; to support research, scholarly and creative endeavors that contribute to the creation of new knowledge; and to create research and teaching programs that tackle the most pressing problems of India and the global community. Located on a 286 acre campus in India’s National Capital Region, the University offers undergraduate, post-graduate and doctoral programs in a range of disciplines in Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Communication, Business, Art, Design and Performing Arts.

The role is based at campus near Greater Noida. Therefore candidates living in Noida/Greater Noida/South Delhi or willing to move to these places preferred. Conveyance available to and from work location.

The tasks required to be performed are:

- Conceive, Own and Manage all the events/exhibitions/fairs and student engagement activities end to end within and outside campus. Leverage sponsorships and branding opportunities to maximize ROI. Experience in event management an advantage. Manage activities within the defined budgets and ensure desired outcome in terms of participation.

- Ability to address a large audience and educate them about the University and its offerings. Ability to manage phone and email communication with prospective students and counsel them on their career.

- Experience in working with creative agency and in-house resources to generate marketing campaigns and collateral

- Excellent MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills (average skills may not be enough. So, evaluate yourself properly).

- Ability to think independently, process centric approach, ability to work in cross-functional team environment, good organizing ability; Attention to detail, energy and enthusiasm

This profile may require 70-80 days of domestic travel in a year. Post graduate qualification required. Experience in education sector an advantage.
