In addition to strong eye for capturing value through deals, the role requires a strong operational mind, as guiding our city operations teams in scaling the platform is a key part of the role. This role is pivotal to develop strategic initiatives critical to the efficient scaling of Shippr operations across the city.   WHAT YOU'LL DO   - Manage day-to- day Operations and strong analytic and problem solving in Fulfillment center and Logistics Last-Mile delivery.  - Handling Vendors (across various dynamics).  - Implementing various cost saving methods for daily cash reconciliation at various store(warehouse) levels.  - Responsible to execute projects that impact last mile operations in order to achieve operational improvements on productivity, efficiency & cost reduction.  - Responsibilities include Business Development, Client Management, and Operational Management.  WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW/HAVE   - 1-4 Years of Operations experience  - Analytical thinking ability;   - Excellent knowledge of operational tools and processes  - Track record of managing projects and working on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives  - Strong communication and organization skills  - Team player
