Core Responsibilities:-

Candidates would be responsible for achieving Revenue Goals by effectively executing sales plans and managing all sales activities, sales personnel and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsible for identifying and understanding market opportunities in the education and learning space In Academic, Corporate and Government sectors and advising the company on a suitable product-mix, providing an annual Sales Plan and providing monthly updates on progress made with respect to execution of the plan.

Core Activities:-

Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for business lines; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

Meeting Sales Goals, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Motivating Sales Team members, Driving Quality in Sales Processes, Coaching, Gathering Competitive and Market Intelligence, Understanding Market Trends, Positioning and Pricing Strategies

Strengthen the lead generation and tracking processes

Assist sales team with sales closures

Providing leadership to the day-to-day Sales operations, while maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals.

Engaging customers and prospects and keep them up-to-date about the company's product portfolio and services

Expanding the customer base in the country, to contribute to the revenue target.

Identifying and active searching for new prospects, analysing sales potential and work out sales activities

Creating suitable sales proposals
