He/She would be responsible for achieving their delegated sales target.   JOB ACCOUNTABILITY :   CORE FUNCTIONS :  - Client Acquisition   - Key Account Management  - Lead Generation  DETAILED DESCRIPTION :  - Business Development  - Analyze client's requirement and suggest best suited customize IT solution to them.  - Acquisition of new business through Meetings and and leads generated through Cold Calling.  - To generate business from Existing accounts as well as New and developing them to achieve consistent profitability  - Establish new connects in Corporate companies, Associations and Organizations  - Generate MIS reports on daily, Monthly and Yearly basis and submit it to higher management  KEY CAPABILITIES :  - Market Awareness: Understanding of market & competitors thorough knowledge of services.  - Communication & Negotiation: Strong persuasion & objection handling skills   - Account Management: To maintain corporate relationship with existing clients as well as new clients  Skills :  - The candidate should have good Convincing power, good Communication skills and strong Networking skills. He/She should be enthusiastic and have positive attitude.  - Competency : Possess strong IT service knowledge and be well versed with services such as Mobile Application, Web Application, Game based learning and Content Development as well.   EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :   - Qualifications : Graduate/ Post Graduate (Preferably from a premium institute)  - Experience More than 3 years in IT service industry  Salary offered: 6 - 10 LPA
