JD:

Support for the creation of the organization's strategic plans to commence activities as an MFI player;

Development of internal systems and control procedures across functions such as Products, Operations & IT to ensure high-quality service delivery as an MFI

Assist the organization in framing and implementation of various policies, procedures, and internal controls w.r.t. Microfinancing activities including but not limited to :

- Identification of potential area for operation through survey

- Identification of potential customers in approved area

- Identification of target customers for providing microfinance Plus services

- Loan origination

- Completing all necessary documentation and field verification of all potential customers who apply for loan

- Appraisal of loan applications, approval and disbursement

- Collection of loan recovery and deposit in the bank

- Monitoring and follow-up of loan recovery and loan utilization

- Maintaining healthy portfolio and 100% recovery rate

- Maximum customer retention and relationship management

- Providing training to the team
