SHARAN - Program Manager

Job purpose: Responsible for leading SHARAN's certification and products program from planning to execution. This would include: operations & vendor management, quality control audit and regulatory compliances, financial management and relationship management with industries such as hospitality, food & beverage.

Responsibilities:

- Create and execute a strategy and detailed business plan for providing and promoting SHARAN's products and certification services program.

- Leverage/build relationships with key players in industries such as hospitality, food & beverage, personal & care, kitchen appliances, retail distribution channels.

- Design and review certification applications and quality control procedures; Develop comprehensive protocols for auditing kitchens, equipment, recipes, ingredients, products, processes.

- Draft legal documents (application forms, declarations, certification agreement) and negotiate key terms & conditions with clients, partners, vendors etc.

- Upload operating and financial data into relevant databases and ensure timely submission of supporting invoices and other documents to head office (HO).

- Plan, execute and experiment with a variety of acquisition and distribution channels, program discounts/offers and track effectiveness of each strategy.

- Measure, evaluate and report the P&L performance and other KPIs for the certification programs and each product-line against goals.

- Develop and ensure adherence to service protocols and standard operating procedures for management workflows such as certificate renewal cycles, regulatory compliances, processes (supply chain, manufacturing, packaging, quality control, distribution etc.), client/vendor issue resolution, online updates, etc.

- Hire, train and mentor program support staff and enlist the help of existing team members to deliver on program objectives.

- Organize and manage all logistics, negotiations etc. for product or certification-related promotional events and marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with internal teams to design, create and maintain the certification pages, product-specific landing pages, ecommerce/shopping cart and other functionalities on the internet/app.

Qualifications:

- Background and connects in food & beverage or hospitality industry a MUST.

- Strong sales/ business development acumen.

- Excellent communication and relationship skills.

- Understanding of and/or adherence to veganism a plus.
