1. Digital Marketing (40%) - Candidate should be well versed with Google Analytics and Good with numbers

2. Offline Marketing (40%) - Should be able to initiate tie ups, run field experiments and an active person

3. Design Sense (20%) - Candidate should have a sense of design and understand basic UI/UX Design and can design basic things in Photoshop/AI Illustrator/Canva or any other software.

Should ready to be in field as no assistant would be provided. Should have worked in startup environment before.
