Digital Strategy - India Hospitality Portfolio
- The Head of Digital Sales and Marketing will be leading all digital marketing efforts for India Hospitality Portfolio that includes 1,500+ keys across various segments of hotels. The role will involve closely working with individual hotel social media / digital resource and social media agency.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide insightful recommendations and thought leadership and initiatives based on prior experience, industry trends and analytics
- Priorities initiatives leading to the greatest returns for spend
- Key focus on driving online hotel reservations
- Analyse key metrics through analytics to drive efficiencies by tracking, reporting, and analysing website analytics, PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Use online forums, social media and digital networks and online forums / discussion groups
- Work collaboratively with different hotels and social media managers (internal and external) to deliver results
Desired Profile :
- Around 8 to 12 years of experience in Digital Sales and Marketing
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online sales and marketing
- Ability to execute, collect and analyse data whilst identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
- Excellent quantitative, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work across functions & departments
- Candidates with hospitality background will be preferred
