Product Analyst  - Work with Product Managers, Developers and Cross functional teams to launch new product initiatives and drive Proof Of Concepts  - Develop product strategies by comprehensive requirement gathering and coming up with robust product solutions  - Develop a deep and clear understanding of current marketplace and competitive environment  - Optimize product features and enhancement  - Drive smooth product releases working with cross functional teams  Basic Qualifications :  - Prior experience into roles of Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Associate Product Management  - Excellent understanding of Data Analytics / Statistics  - Ability and willingness to learn new business concepts and bring new ideas to life and drive product growth  - Excellent collaborations, interpersonal and communication skills  - Self motivator and someone who takes initiative and takes challenges head on and loves solving tough problems  - Must be a strong team player while also should be able to work independently  Additional Qualifications :  - Must be excellent at SQL, Spreadsheets (Excel)  - Knowledge of SAS or R is good to have  - Experience in startups would be great
