Currently our network access provides last mile delivery support to more than 1000 outlets.  With 100% assured delivery promise, Shadowfax has been delivering more than 90% of the orders in less than 60 minutes  Job Description :  Role Name: Manager, Partnerships and Rider Welfare   Band: Manager   Location: Bengaluru   Accountabilities :  - Getting deals from external stakeholders, negotiating prices and PAN India relationship management   - Co-ordination with execution and operations team for successful launch   - Monitor and track performance of each new initiative; Impact study and and reporting   - Set up reporting for senior management to track performance   - Program manage all the rider welfare schemes (Bikers Club) and suggest continuous improvements   - Do market study and investigate competitors to identify new opportunities to support the - Rider First- Approach   Competencies :  - Networking and relationship management   - Negotiation skills   - Time management and multitasking   - Punctuality and timeliness   - Fluent in English, mail writing skills and making proposals   Previous experience :  - Sales and Key Account management experience   - Experience in working in new initiatives/ startups   - Marketing experience preferred   - Work ex: 3 years+   External Stakeholders :  - Banks   - Bike companies   - Training institutes   - Insurance and medical benefits   - Bike maintenance   - Rider finances (Personal loans etc)   - Gifts   - Telecom companies (SIM Card)   - New Bank accounts   - Privilege Cards (Fuel and mobile recharge)  Salary offered : 7 - 9 LPA
