With the vision to revolutionize the hyper-local technology ecosystem,Shadowfaxfocuses on disrupting the last mile delivery segment by providing convenient, reliable and cost effective delivery mechanisms, completely managed by technology.We are looking for self-motivated, self-driven individuals with an appetite to learn and since we are just starting out, you can expect to be involved across almost all domains of our work which will leave you with a well-rounded experience.   Job Profile : Human Resource  Position : Human Resource Manager   No. of Positions : 1-2   Honorarium :   - 10-15% increment in candidate's present compensation  - Honorarium will be negotiable in case of exceptionally deserving candidates.  Essential and Preferred Additional Qualifications :  - Master's degree in HR Management or related discipline preferred.   - At least 2- years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers compensation and conflict resolution.   - Experience working with a diverse workforce.   Required Skill and abilities :   - Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience.   - Plan, organize and prioritize work.   - Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.   - Remain flexible in order to adapt to changes in work environment.   - Study and apply new practices, and take initiative.   - Excellent time-management, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.  - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.   - Exhibit a professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor.   - Basic computer skills, including e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets.  - Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce.   Roles and Responsibilities :   - Maintain inter- and intra departmental work flow by providing information and cooperating with co-workers.   - Work with administration on matters involving benefits, employee safety and workers compensation issues.  - Conduct research regarding employment issues, benefits, workers compensation and personnel procedures  - Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs.  - Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records, including personnel action forms, time sheets, contracts, and consultant agreements.   - Maintain knowledge of vacancies and ensure compliance with employment   - Assist in hiring by providing job descriptions and advertisements, and in the case of hiring, by screening and interviewing candidates.  - Assist the co-workers by contributing in different tasks according to the requirement  - Accurately follow verbal and written directions from senior management.
