With the vision to revolutionize the hyper-local technology ecosystem,Shadowfax focuses on disrupting the last mile delivery segment by providing convenient, reliable and cost effective delivery mechanisms, completely managed by technology.We are looking for self-motivated, self-driven individuals with an appetite to learn and since we are just starting out, you can expect to be involved across almost all domains of our work which will leave you with a well-rounded experience.   Job Profile : Corporate Sales  Number of Positions : Multiple Openings across Delhi/NCR, Mumbai & Bangalore  Key Responsibilities :  New merchant acquisition :   - Acquire new merchants as per the company plan in the respective growth cluster  - Develop leads with merchants to offer delivery services  - Conduct meetings and convert merchants to use our delivery service  - Close work with senior team to engage with merchants  - Train operations team to generate leads for merchants  Merchant onboarding and relationship management :   - On-board new merchants as per the company policies and ensure seamless communication with them  - Complete documentation of new merchants and ensure effective handover to operations team  - Develop healthy relations with merchants  - Provide feedback to merchants to improve their delivery business and have an impact on P&L  - Improve the sales of existing merchants by providing data analytics support and third party tie-ups  - Ensure that we know all the merchant requirements in detail and the operations team meets their expectations  Financial followup and reporting :   - Provide reporting on a daily basis about the new merchants, existing merchant pipeline and financial recovery  - Provide feedback to senior team about the merchant issues on a daily basis  - Follow up with merchants for financial recovery  - Send a daily update email about the status of new sales and existing merchants  Relationship management :   - Improve our relations with merchants and engage with external companies for strategic partnerships  - Engage with merchant managers to generate more market leads and leads for prospective hires  - Engage with B2C channels to offer them delivery services and generate more leads  - Engage with industry personnel by attending summits and events  Operational understanding :   - Understand the operational issues by providing a cover for the operations manager during his weekly off  - Manage the operational activities of the cluster for 1 day in a week  - Engage with riders to understand issues  - Provide inputs to managers for customized training as required by merchants
