Ideal candidates are the ones with a high level of business acumen, numeric ability and IT skills. One must also possess great interpersonal and leadership skills, and be proactive, self-motivated, logical and objective.  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Define and document customer business functions and processes  - Contribute to the development of re-engineering methods to improve processes, reduce risks, increase controls and/or increase customer satisfaction  - Contribute to improvement of key business metrics  - Perform budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for operations  - Assist with client service initiatives for the organization  - Responsible for P&L Management  - Partner with the business growth team for expanding the existing customer base  - Relationship Management with existing customers  - Assist the Sales team in Business Development activities  - Evaluate & Create pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives.   Background:  - Tech + Management Profile / Analyst/ Consulting Background  - 3-5 years of experience  - Candidates from Tier 1 educational institutes (IIMs/IITs/ISB, etc) will be given preference  Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore/Mumbai
