Title - Manager – Human Resources

Role

Plan, develop and implement strategy for Human Resources Management (including talent acquisition, policies / practices and work culture).

Responsibilities

- Strategic HR Business Partner for IT and Non-IT Business Units (Technology, Retail and CRM). This includes managing the stakeholders and supporting the Business Units in manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention strategies

- Responsible for strategizing and maintaining key recruitment metrics like Turn Around Time, Cost per hire, Source Mix, Quality of Hire

- Handle employee grievances, PIP cases and other HR Issues from time to time for the Business Units

- Responsible for Campus Hiring across group for the prestigious Talent Program - E.Dev (Entrepreneurial Development) and Summer Internship Program with the objective of hiring best talent from top Business Schools to infuse a strong talent pipeline in the company

- Manage the Management Trainees in terms of their Onboarding, Business Orientation, Rotations, Performance Reviews, Role Assimilation and Development activities

Responsible for key strategic HR projects like:

- Implementation of psychometric evaluation tools to filter in the right candidates across levels with the objective to improve quality of hiring

- Design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs and generate diverse pools of applicants

- Design strategy and plan around People Group Branding & visibility in internet industry from hiring perspective and implement the same

- To successfully build a highly effective team to deliver results as well as develop the skill and capability of team members

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA in HR from top B School preferred)

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must

- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive result oriented changes, innovation and customer focus

- Demonstrated success with state of the art recruiting / employment branding practices including social media, employee referrals, vendor management, campus placements etc
