Operational delivery

- Provides effective and timely responses to ad-hoc requests for Forecasting and Competitive Intelligence projects in healthcare domain

- Collection and analysis of data to evaluate existing and potential products and markets

- Execute end to end project with high quality output

- Ensure timely delivery of client requests and meeting the agreed specifications with minimal supervision

- Expert in the usage of research tools and databases such PharmaProjects, IMS MIDAS/ IMS PADDs and Bloomberg etc.

Functional expertise

- Demonstrates understanding of pharmaceutical new product and in-market Forecasting and CI support

- Supports the development and implementation of new ways of information presentation

- Needs to work closely with Manager/AVP on complex business problems, radical innovation projects and ideations to build new service offerings

People and organizational Skills

- Effective client communication – listen, identify and understand client requirements (both said and unsaid)

- Take additional responsibilities when needed, develop and follow work procedures
