The Analyst will focus on the usage of technology in the healthcare industry.  - The primary responsibilities of this position include conducting primary and secondary research on the use of technology amongst healthcare institutions, producing data-rich and insightful tools and analysis, forecasting IT expenditures by healthcare institutions and providing consulting and advisory services to leading technology companies.  - While it is not necessary to have prior healthcare experience (although this is preferable), a successful candidate will have exceptional writing skills, strong numerical and analytical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with an international team of analysts, and a strong desire to learn more about the usage of technology in the healthcare market.  Key Responsibilities:   Develop a robust methodology for primary and secondary data collection:   - Develop a structured and logical approach to data collection from both external and internal Informa sources, including the identification of new data sources.   - Build, test and manage healthcare KPI datasets to be used for forecasts, products, consulting and analysis.  Cultivate deep industry knowledge:   - Analyze market conditions to develop an understanding of the dynamics of the healthcare industry.   - Identify the critical success factors within the market and forecast the direction it is likely to take over the near, medium, and long-term.  Produce high-quality products, tools and associated analysis:   - Produce logical, structured, well thought-out products, which combine detailed industry data and relevant, concise analysis.   - Use an appropriate combination of data, text, graphics and schematics to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner to the audience.   Produce analysis pieces to time:   - Prioritize workload and manage time effectively to produce quality pieces of writing to time deadlines.   - Take responsibility to deliver product on time.  Provide client support:   - Provide timely client support on queries and requests for briefings either directly or by connecting clients to the appropriate analysts, account managers or customer support teams.   Skills Required:  - Superior written and verbal skills  - Strong numerical and Excel skills; at least basic quantitative analysis techniques and forecasting methods  - Expertise in the healthcare industry, acquired either by direct experience working at a healthcare provider or vendor or through graduate-level study (preferable, not required)  - Experience using a variety of primary and secondary research methods, such as constructing survey instruments, conducting semi-structured interviews and manipulating public data sets  - Ability to interpret and integrate data and information to develop a clear, logical, and conclusive story  - Ability to evaluate critically ones own and others work in a constructive manner  - Ability to manage time and workload effectively  - Experience with MS Office applications, especially with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  If you think this Job description excites you then send your updated profile with your current CTC and expected CTC
