Primary Skills : Customer Oriented, Good Communication Skills, Teamcenter  Education : B-Tech, BE (Mechanical Pref.)  Key Tasks :  - Engage with customer to understand business/solution requirements  - Generate solution options, undertake realistic services estimations and prepares draft proposal/Scope of Work(SoW).Refine SoW based on iteration with customer and finalize proposal  - Create the final solution architecture (incl. technical design, necessary design documents) and manage customer sign-off  - Evaluate and decide staffing plan for the project  - Facilitate/oversee the development and implementation activities (e.g. development, unit testing, integration testing, final acceptance testing), and ensure that resultant delivery is consistent with design,and conforms to acceptable services quality standards  - Participate in all technical review, solution discussion with customer. Involve the technical experts, solution mentors appropriately during review process. Documents all processes and procedures  - Manage final deployment and customer sign-off.Monitor post-deployment support activities, user enablement  - Undertake site assessment and discuss possible new services opportunity, as apt, with Services Management  - Review design and/or implementation of other projects, as required  - Maintain technical expertise in areas of specialty by following technical advances in industry and academia  Skills:  - Good understanding of SW Development Lifecycle (SDLC)  - Good exposure to SISW solution portfolio (TC, NX, TCNO, Integration)  - Good exposure to TC Server/Client side customization, NX, Data modeling and solution design  - Good knowledge of application integration skills  - Ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously  Responsibilities:  - Provide consulting for solution definition and aligning processes to PLM solutions, identifying gaps and recommending PLM Solutions to close gaps  - Provide knowledge of workflow design, change management and provide direction for customization and configuration.  - Provide client interface and interaction while working as a consulting team member or an individual consultant on project implementation, enhancements, or integration projects.  - Expertise and work efforts are focused on the analysis of the customer's business goals, objectives and needs and the general business environment. Usually works at customer sites.  - Utilizing a high degree of discretion and judgment, provide consulting for solution definition, configuration, and deployment of specific PLM Solutions.
