We are having an opportunity for the position of Service Manager - Global
Purpose of the Job : To provide packaging solutions/Testing and technical support to clients and sales team
Experience : 10 to 15 years of experience in packaging machines and design support.
Age : 30 to 35 yrs
Qualification :
- Diploma or BE Mechanical. It would be ideal if the candidate has a backgound from Indian Institute of packaging.
Location : Bangalore
Probable Industries preferable : Packaging/ Printing/Process/Weighing or any other industry with service background. Preferably packaging design background.
Job Description :
Customer service :
- To Manage lab and provide packaging solutions.
- Provide Technical Support.
- Work with sales rep for trials/demo.
- Manage spare parts.
Packaging :
- Packaging training to all customers.
- Account development activity.
- Sales support.
Customer follow-up :
- Samples submission & followup.
- Lab activity update in system.
- Reports;
- Lab reports weekly/Monthly/Quarterly
- Knowledge of Solid works/Auto cadd and good communication is must.
- Technical support to Account Rep team, To manage complete technical support to Account Rep team. To manage spares inventory.
