Service Manager - CE Division (10-18 yrs)
Job Location : Mumbai
Job Role :
- Managing the entire franchisee /Service partner Network
- Ensuring Customer complaints are closed within Time period.
- All repair material to be available at the outlet, also the technician trained as per the requirement.
- Customer satisfaction processes properly followed like timely allocation and rating.
- Controlling the repeat complaints by proper quality checks.
- Dealer and Distributor Management of the area.
- Training of Field and Backend Staff.
Preferred Candidates :
- BE/Technical Diploma in any stream/ PGDM/MBA
- 10 years +
- Candidates only from CE, Automobile, D2H and Telecom
