Job Description: SDM AR

Job Title: Service delivery Manager

Reporting to: Deputy General Manager

Roles and responsibilities

1. Graduate/ Post graduate with minimum 10-11 years of International BPO experience in US Healthcare especially in Revenue Cycle Management. Post-graduation in management preferred.

2. Having at least 5 years- experience in a manager role having a span of control of 100 - 120 FTE's.

3. Should be Black belt certified and lead Six Sigma improvement process. Their experience leading, motivating, and influencing project teams give them the leadership ability to implement the Six Sigma vision dictated by Master Black Belts.

4. Very good understanding of TQM role and implement tools to improve quality at process and sub-process level.

5. Train and coach project sponsors to drive project execution within TQM

6. Deliver performance and chalk out plan to meet the needs of the client.

7. Responsible for interacting with clients on an on-going basis.

8. Provide coaching to client resources and internal resources to facilitate completion of projects

9. Administer performance management by diagnosing improvement Opportunities, providing effective feedback, coaching, training, professional development, and corrective action plans.

10. Assist with overall data analysis, conclusions and presentations related to project completion and findings

11. To conduct Classroom instruction includes the use of elaborate simulations, PowerPoint presentations and associated materials (flipcharts/whiteboard). Instruction can also include the use of BPR, Minitab and iGrafix (to all client levels - Green Belt to Executive Leadership)

12. Develop recommendations for the client leadership to support attainment of mission goals and requirements and sustainment of LSS DNA

13. Innovate to optimize Quality and accuracy within project.

14. Support and monitor day-to-day Quality activities and meet the Service Level Agreements.

15. Flexible to work in any nights.

REQUIREMENTS

- Have a valid/recognized 3rd party level 2, Black Belt (BB) (or equivalent) certification

- Minimum 3 years certified CPI experience supporting achievement of level 3/BB (or equivalent) core competency taxonomy levels

- Two strategic level projects with measurable results

- Able to obtain a minimum of Secret security clearance

- Consulting experience at customer site preferred not mandatory

- Experience instructing one level 2/BB course
