Job Description - Service Delivery Manager

Experience: 17+ years

Work Location: Pune

Key Deliverables:

- The successful candidate will be dedicated software professional with responsibility for the success and timely delivery of software services projects with strong client relationship acumen and P & L responsibility of program.

- The candidate will be a rigorous program manager with a strong understanding of how to build scalable, enterprise level global delivery applications.

- He/she requires exceptional communication skills across both technology and the business and will have a high degree of visibility.

- He/she should have ideally managed end to end large application development program delivery in areas preferably but not restricted to ERP, Big Data, IoT, New Emerging Technologies, etc. and across domains in Europe geography

- The ideal candidate will be a dependable and resourceful leader who can comfortably manage a large development team of 1000 and project of revenue size of 30-40 million USD and above in a globally distributed, dynamic work environment that fosters diversity, teamwork and collaboration. The ability to work in high pressured environment is essential.
