Looking for a Service Delivery Leader ( HRO)  Experience: 15+ yrs  Job Description :  Role Purpose: To spearhead the operations for the HRO function for the organization  - Prepare Strategy and Business plan for HRO Practice (department) in order to budget revenue, margins for each client, finalize target operating models depending on nature of business of the client  - Support both from a HR Operations Delivery and HR Domain and Solution SME  - Participated in ideating, solution design and capability demonstration workshops internally and with several global clients across UK & the US.  Experience   - At least 15 Years- experience in Contact center operations with at least 6-8 years of experience in HRO Processes especially US or UK Payroll  - Strong domain understanding and solution expertise.   - Experience in delivery and operations in the same industry /vertical preferred with Client facing roles.  - Customer facing experience   - Managing upto 150-200 FTEs   Qualification   - Post Graduate - MBA  Others   - Good understanding of HRO from a BPO standpoint  - Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)   - Possess Leadership skills to Interface with key stakeholders and develop and grow the footprint
