Role : Service Delivery Leader - Transition
Sectors : ITES / BPO / KPO / Customer Service / Operations
Experience : 10+ yrs of working experience including minimum 6 years relevant experience for this position.
Company : A leading name in Indian HRO Industry
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Domestic Transitions : ( HRO/ Technology)
- Finance & Accounts & Global Transition experience : Won't work
Job responsibilities:
- Process assessments ( Due diligence), Process Mapping, solution design, RFP/RFI responses, Migrations, project management, risk assessment and mitigation, client management and Deliverables, Including IT, People, Technology, Service delivery, Internal Controls, Process evaluation and Consulting.
- Designing the approach as per the client/ process requirement for HR Service Delivery.
- Able to think creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.
- Highly proactive in keeping abreast with the latest trends in the recruitment industry
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong marketing and business acumen and good project management skills to grow front-line recruitment business for various industries.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines.
- Traveling as per business needs.
