Service Delivery Leader - TA - BFSI (10-17 yrs)
Job Role:
1. Managing multiple teams onsite and offshore and ensure all recruitment SLA’s for the client are met.
2. Meet revenue targets and take full responsibility for P&L for the account.
3. Customer Relationship Management
4. Basic understanding of System capabilities and application platform, operations, and delivery
5. Intermediate knowledge of Client administrative environment and Processing flows, procedures.
Experience & key skills:
1. Masters in Human Resources.
2. Minimum 10 years experience in Human Resources domain of which 6 – 7 years should be in leading recruitment projects.
3. Experience in Service Delivery in the BFSI domain is a must with ability and experience of handling million dollar revenue projects a year and experience in Staffing, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
4. Exposure of handling P&L accounts. Should understand revenue/productivity numbers
5. Able to think creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines.
7. Entrepreneurial attitude.
8. Possesses strong interpersonal, communication and Team Management skills
9. Strong Operations and Project Management Skills.
Note:- Experience in hiring/recruitment in BFSI Industry is a must.
