Description

This Position Is A Leadership Role Within The GBS GFO Procure To Pay Project Team . The Procure To Pay Program Is A Large Cross Functional Project Led By GBS Which Aims To implement ERP Applications (Ariba and Oracle) Replacing The Legacy Application Of Procure To Pay Processes And Redesign The E2e Process In Line With The Industry Best Practices. Incumbent Will Lead The International Deployment Of The E2e Procure To Pay Design For Various Markets As Per The Roadmap. Key Responsibilities

- The Incumbent Will Be Responsible For Providing Thought And Execution Leadership, While Defining The E2e Process Design For The International Market

- Work With Various Business Groups And Stakeholder Groups To Understand Key Requirements , To Align And Socialise The Solution Design with them.

- Apply Project Management Discipline, And Quality Techniques To Ensure timely Delivery Of key milestones as per the plan.

- Lead change management for the end users , suppliers and all concerned business groups with positive experience.

- Partnering with Technology and key business groups including process owners to ensure E2E Testing of the solution design .

- The Incumbent Shall Be Required, Among Other Things, To Maintain Close Contact With User Community And Program Stakeholders. Provide Leadership updates on key milestones , Issues and risks , timely escalations , resolution of issues.

Qualifications

Business And Technical Skills:

- Chartered Accountant Or Cpa/Mba/Mtec With Minimum 6-8 Years Post Qualification Experience Or B.Com /B Tech With 8 – 10 Years Post Qualification Experience.

- Good Understanding And Experience With The Procure To Pay Processes Knowledge And Experience Of Erp Applications Including Ariba, Oracle Application Across Sub-Ledger, Ledger And Reporting Will Be An Added Advantage.

- Relevant Experience In Leading Large Scale Cross Functional Projects In A Similar Or Comparative Environment

- Appreciation And Understanding Of Operational And Financial Control Principles And Practices Will Be Added Advantage.

- Exposure In Project Management And Systems Deployment For Related Processes Is Preferred. Quality Black Belt/Green Belt Trained/Certified Is Highly Desirable Leadership:

- Excellent Relationship Management And The Ability To Work With Staff At All Levels Of The Organization

- Excellent Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution And Analytical Skills;

- Exceptional Communication Skills – Verbal, Written And Through Presentations. Ability To Break Down Complex Ideas Into Clear And Actionable Messages

- Highly Motivated Individual With An Ability To Drive Results And Work With Ambiguity

- Ability To Handle Multiple Deliverables With Aggressive Deadlines
