Looking for a dynamic leader from Shared services - captive or 3'rd party with strong relevant handing a large team of 150+ FTEs in AML Operations for Global Banking Giants.

- Should be a domain expert in AML Operations, hands on client management skill.

- Should have played a key role in delivering projects according to clients SLAs and KPIs.

- Should be a Keen contributor in process improvement for the account he / she has been aligned to

- As a SME will also have his part to play in solutioning and Presales function as well.

- Should be possess positive people management skills handling crisis management, conflict management etc.

- Transition experience will be of added advantage
