- Managing the Stakeholders, HR & Business, as they gear up for the transformational changes planned in the Point-of-Arrival model. Partnering in the global HR Processes

- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent change management skills
- Ability to handle multiple initiatives with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box to develop scalable solutions to complex issues and drive results
