Service Delivery Architect - BFSI

One of our reputed clients is looking for a Service Delivery Architect for their Card Processing division in Chennai.

This position would be a short term assignment for 3 months, which could be extended to 6 months, depending on work. This position also involves travel to their client location (Vietnam), if required.

An ideal candidate, would have the following:

- Experience working as Service Delivery Lead with extensive experience for more than 15 years

- Experience working with a Bank will be an Advantage

- Strong knowledge of project management and analysis tools

- Knowledge and understanding of system flow charts and data processing concepts

- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws

- Knowledge, understanding and ability to create and maintain thorough technical documentation

- ITIL Intermediate Certification is a must

He / She should have experience of more than 15 years, with a Degree / Post Graduate qualification- IT/software, have Technical / Professional certifications e.g. ITIL Intermediate and good understanding of current standards, methodologies, issues etc with respect to service delivery.
