- Design and implement Quality Management Policy, Processes, Systems, Methods including governance framework for service management along with service level agreements.  - Identify and develop strategies and initiatives to assure the quality of service delivery and to ensure that total quality is promoted throughout the Shared Service Centre.  - Develop detailed Quality Assurance Audit plans, Checklists, QA Manuals and Training and Communication Plans to meet and exceed quality standards.  - Develop appropriate KPIs / Metrics to measure quality, efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery  Work Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in Shared Services for a Global Company  Industry Experience : Financial / KPOs / BPOs industry experience preferred  - Specifically in the areas such as Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Compliance & Audit and MIS  Education" Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Business Administration or equivalent   Licensing / Certification: CISA, SOX, Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt preferable  - Scope of the role: SSC wide processes and functions   - Countries supported: All the countries supported by SSC
