Strategize on new opportunities for business and give insights to the calling team. Understand customer pain points, challenges and SWOT.
- Prepare Dossier on prospects and opportunities which can be presented. Be up to date with industry news, deals, merger / acquisitions / competitor's information, RFI / RFPs in the market.
Routine:
- Independently work on research for individual clients / prospects
- Assist the sales team in approaching prospective clients and generate business by doing background work on client information
- Generate prospect research and dossiers
- Identify client business needs and business challenges.
- Strategize on new opportunities to scope
Qualification (Education): Graduate in any discipline
Desired Years of Experience - Minimum 3+ years of work experience
Desired Industry Exposure: ITES
Desired Role Exposure: Prior business development experience in BPO/ KPO mandatory
