Seniority - Product Lead (4-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build a strong eCommerce platform that combines a superior user experience supported with a robust and scalable back end tech architecture
- Plan technical strategy, product roadmaps, resources requirement and technology cost/budget
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to execution & take key product decisions which impact design, usability, retention, engagement & revenue
- Create a high quality user experience that drive increased customer loyalty, conversion rate and average basket sizes
- Dynamically manage and monitor platform upgrades and site content to drive higher customer engagement
- Ensure excellent uptime for all aspects of the site - user experience, order placement, tracking, dynamic product cataloguing
- Construct a well rounded tech architecture that integrates key business support tools for order processing, marketing automation and customer analytics/ business intelligence dashboards
- Provide direction to the tech team across a variety of complex projects spanning website and backend services development
- Develop technology business plans and budgets that support the long-term growth and short-term budget and business objectives of Seniority
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master's degree in CS/ME/IT/related technology
- MBA from a Tier 1 B-School would be an added advantage
- 4+ years- experience as a product lead
- Ecommerce platform development experience is mandatory
Required technical skills
- HTML/XML development experience on large scale, high-volume sites or consumer internet businesses
- Experience in user interface design, task workflows, wireframes, prototypes, front end development, visual designs for complex web applications.
