We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as one of the leading Recruitment Agency based in Ludhiana. One of our clients in Travel & Tour is having the following opening for which we are inviting applications. Please find the details requirements.

Position : SVP - Holidays Sales Operations

Location : Delhi/NCR

Note : this person will work as SVP & Business Head International Holidays and will be responsible to handled Sales, Operations & P&L responsibilities for International Holidays Business

Experience & Qualification :

MBA from Tier 1 with 15+ Years of Experience

Why the Role- The cross-channel sales leadership will entail leveraging the strengths of each of the channels in executing to the budget priorities, minimizing conflict across channels, provide incubating attention to new channels (like MP, YHA and Online) to ensure they have a strong foundation. At the same time, drive efficiencies of scale across COE and outsourced partners. Deeply overhaul retail, both in terms of scale (expansion across metro and tier-2 markets) and in productivity metrics. Overall, be a partner to the Holidays LT in attainment of the daily/weekly/monthly business results and also have deep accountability and outcomes for the overall customer satisfaction. Also, work towards xx% improvements on productivity goals through FY- 17.

Here are the top-3 areas of focus :

1. Growth. Growth. Growth : Simply put, the #1 focus, measurement and reward for the role is on driving growth. Growth across all the key measurement metrics; revenue and margin by channel. Partner with the CBO and LT to build and operate a measurable plan to attain market leadership in 24m.

2. Disciplined Execution : Deliver on the plan - we do what we say and we say what we do- . This is critical to build credibility and have stakeholdership support across the company. Identify the current process, skill and competence gaps. Drive the resource optimization, productivity norms, sales excellence plans, training and skilling and all other augmentation required to build a - best-in-industry- motivated holidays sales workforce.

3. Build New Growth Areas : Build, operate and execute and a - New Growth Plan- for expanding into new markets/spaces that we have not addressed before (example, how we can deliver quickly on luxury/exotic routes/activities)

Role Level : SVP. Reports to: CBO

Key Skills required : Excellent track record on owning, driving and delivering sales/business goals and results in a highly competitive industry. Multinational company experience/stints would be great. Ability to work through a diverse set of channels and ensure the daily execution is top-notch (hence, eye for detail). High energy and passion for sales and ability to create a highly charged and motivated sales force is critical and also to build inspiration across the teams. Need the balance between execution and also the ability to make strategic transformations on building scale are essential
