Senior VP - Migrations + Quality + Risk + Legal - BPO/KPO (14-18 yrs)

Education : MBA/Master Degree in finance / CAA
Experience : Min.14+ years with significant functional and Leadership experience in leading highly skilled teams, demonstrated ability of running functions independently, process migration and managing a diverse set of stakeholders in is essential, A combination of Transition/Quality/Risk experience is a desirable.
- This role is a senior/ leadership position with a captive set up of A Fortune 500 company. The role entails leading high added-value teams working in an integrated team model, leading Operational Excellence, Migrations, Risk & Legal functions
- The role entails managing and developing complex teams with high skills members.
- The person will be required to forge strong relations with Senior Leadership both onshore and offshore, Operations & Support functions and all key stakeholders .
- The primary responsibilities and competencies are :
- Leading and influencing the high performing management team to deliver and exceed business objectives.
- Working independently and directly with multiple senior stakeholders within company & global entities .
- Providing vertical leadership, large & complex program management, and new transitions and managing implementation of improved processes in transversal functions, and ensuring compliance as per relevant norms.
- Lead Transformation to deliver on efficiency and improvements.
- Ensure strong controls are established for all processes and risk management practices are inculcated and there are no surprises in running operations.
- Build relationship and confidence with clients to identify and evaluate future opportunities.
- Manage budget and financials for area of responsibility independently.
- Build and retain a high performance team.
- Delivery within the teams includes preparation of company Transition framework and transition management, risk framework, quality management across all processes and legal compliance.
Competencies :
- Should have a strong experience in managing transition teams, quality and risk function.
- Advanced inter-personal skills.
- Capable of managing a high caliber team, providing leadership in business decisions, tracking performance against plan.
- Development of strategic agenda for the transversal functions like - transitions/risk/apex/legal and shape the planning process including key metrics to drive each business.
- Actively engage with company's Internal customers of the businesses, building relationships and leading commercial negotiations at a senior level.
- Build a best-in-class team that nurtures talent at every level for high added value extended models teams.
- Demonstrate an ability to communicate at all levels, including senior management across the global entities .
