Senior Vice President - Technology - Investment Bank (15-22 yrs)
Sr. VP Technology with one of the Investment Banks in Bangalore
Qualifications :
- As the Bangalore Sales Services Tech lead, you will manage a 25+ people organization and be responsible for their personal development and careers.
- You will own part of the sales ecosystem and play a key role in determining it's functional and technology strategy as well as it's day to day operations.
- You will be highly visible to stakeholders both in the business and technology globally and be able to champion initiatives, build consensus and drive forward solutions to completion.
- You are accountable for managing a book of work for the business and also the success of the projects delivered by the team.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have most or all of these qualifications:
- Experience in leading a 20+ people team of multi-disciplined developers and operations staff
- 10+ years relevant commercial experience in managing projects across multiple stakeholders and teams globally
- 5+ years of recent professional or open-source software development experience: Web client and web services most desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent education/experience)
- Client-facing skills, be able to form good relationships with business and technology groups and driven to develop a deep understanding of the Sales business
- Commercially minded in prioritizing and budgeting
- Ability to work in a collaborative global team environment
