We are looking for a Senior Vice President Sales for one of our clients, with around 12-20 years of experience.
Position: Senior Vice President

Reporting to: CTO
Location: Chennai
Geographies to Handles - Global Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Business/partnership negotiation experience from start to signature
- Recruit new partners to drive sales through partner network in multiple geographies (Global role)
- Build business models with partners ensuring mutual success
- Build and execute partner engagement model
- Responsible for targets by region and by partner and overall P & L derived out of partner engagement
- Develop working level collaboration with identified partners in the ESN domain
- Demonstrable evidence of solid partnerships with key third parties
- Experience in third-party partner management
- Identify, qualify and quantify partner specific opportunities and understand critical factors to successful market deployment of client's ESN product through the partners
- Grow the company presence and reach in the ESN space in various markets that would be measured by the growth in sales through / with channel partners
- Work with Product Management team and Alliance partners to arrive at go to market strategy by region for ESN product
- Work with channel partners to generate new business opportunities
- Work with channel partners to generate leads and successfully converting them to achieve revenue targets
- Operate with limited guidance in a complex environment and broad geographies
Desired Profile:
- Total 12-20 Years of experience
- Current 5-8 yrs of experience in driving business / revenue through partners preferably channel partners
- Exposure to US and Europe will be added advantage
- Ability to understand and present the company's products from a technical perspective as well as provide commercial overview of their value to the business user
- Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue through partnerships
- Adaptability, flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast paced and changing environment
- Ability to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives
- Rich experience in managing alliances, client servicing and business development
- Strong leadership qualities through quick decision-making and change management, strong analytical ability, and the Ability to drive
- Strong background in project management and technology
- Proven examples of go to market with products through Alliance partners
- Deep understanding & exposure to emerging technologies with relevant business development and delivery experience, profitability
Education: B.Tech or MBA (preferred). Education should be full-time.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, written and spoken
- Driven, self-starter, analytical, solution focused, project management skills
- Individual contributor
1st preference: Sales candidates from ESN selling companies such as IBM and Microsoft
