Senior Vice President - Products - BFSI (10-15 yrs)
Position: Senior VP (leading entire product portfolio and technology)
Job Purpose: The SVP shall be heading the entire product and tech matrix. The candidate will drive strategy, prioritize and plan initiatives that will significantly improve customer experience/engagement and drive growth. The client is looking for a leader with entrepreneurial thinking mindset who has the ability to think strategically/innovatively, has high degree of commitment, ownership and a bias for execution.
Key Responsibilities: Creation of overall product roadmap across all platforms (mobile and web), own existing products and drive new product initiatives. Serve as expert on trend-setting practices, particularly in mobile space, having grip on competitive and consumer landscape.
Desired background: 10 years+ experience in Product Management preferably with consumer-facing apps in the finance domain, Graduation/MBA from top tier colleges is preferable
Team Size: Approx. Existing team size : 100
CTC: Not a bar for the right candidate (sweet spot around a crore). Candidates below 60 LPA are not eligible and hence will not be considered for the role
Location: Mumbai
