Job Description:

- Responsible for all aspects of debt capital markets - Origination, Execution and Placements

- Developing the business in the DCM space

- Loan Syndication from banks and financial institutions

- Product coverage includes Loans, Debentures, Quasi Equity, any other alternate mode of funding

- Market coverage includes all banks, insurance companies, Mutual Funds, NBFCs, Corporate and PMS clients

- Structuring debt funds and products to suit the need of the participants

- Merchant Banking of debt issues of PSU / Private Banks / NBFCs/ Corporate

Requirement:

- Very strong in placement of debt products

- At least 10+ years of experience in debt capital markets
