Senior Vice President - Compliance & Legal - Consumer Firm

We are looking for a seasoned CS & LLB to lead the compliance and legal functions of one of the biggest consumer companies in India. He/she should be a well experienced in dealing with Board and well aware of managing AGMs.

He should have worked in a listed organization of repute and should be well aware of Company's act, SEBI regulations etc.

It is a leadership position and will report to the MD of the organization.

Job Accountability :

- To lead Secretarial Function including organize board meetings, Responsible for on secretarial matters including compliance related to Company's Act, SEBI regulations etc, Managing Annual General Meeting.

- Accountable for (to lead and drive) Regulatory and other compliances, person will also work on Restructure/Amalgamate Subsidiaries

- Provide leadership to Legal function

- Handle Administration/ facilities management function

Qualification & Experience :

- Qualified CS & Legal Professional with experience of Managing board & Its meetings

- Experience of managing legal function

- Total experience of 20-25 years and above
