Senior US IT Recruiter (5-8 yrs)
We have an attractive opening of IT Recruiter with our Client. Our Client is a based on Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Application Development and Sap Managed.
Job Description
1. We are considering people with excellent communication skills and at least 5+ years of US IT recruiting experience with expertise in recruiting GC/Citizens, all across USA.
2. MUST Have Excellent communication skills & ability to interact with candidates.
3. Should be willing to work in US timings (EST Zone)
4. Should be expert in LinkedIn search
5. Human Relationship skills to interact with our employees and experience interviewing the candidates on basic skills set.
6. Must have knowledge on the tax terms like Corp-Corp (C2C), W2, 1099 and other US tax terms.
7. Good understanding on finding suitable candidates with exceptional communication skills (Oral & written).
8. Good negotiation skills, finding right candidates and searching appropriate positions based on the resource skills set, etc.
9. Experience working with Internet based job portals like dice.com, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
10. Experience with open source recruiting tools, social media ( LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to build strong human relations and job posting and broadcasting the requirements, etc.
11. Good understanding on different visa statuses including H1B, OPT, EAD, L1&L2, GC, TN, etc.
12. Good resume writing skills - highlighting the summaries, formatting the resumes, etc.
13. Good understanding on the various technologies in IT Recruitment and broad understanding on how the market works, etc.
14. Hardworking, good attitude and eager to learn new things, and must be a good team player, etc.
Salary Offered : 6-12 LPA
