Senior Technology Architect - IT

Position: Senior Technology Architect (Part of Tech COE) (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- Understand the specific requirements of end clients and BUs on product implementation, re-engineering

- Develop and provide high level design for an application / large module which involves system integration, data communication, environment setup etc.

- Provide technical solution for the functional requirement in a cost effective and efficient manner

- Develop low level component design specifications independently

- Utilize personal experience in using enterprise-wide services requirements in incubating new technologies, solutions

- Launch New Offerings and Capabilities and drive programs for adoption and showcase capabilities to different BU's for business opportunities

- Maintain the healthy profitability and utilization levels for the Technology Group

- Hire and maintain a healthy pipeline of internal and external resources for allocation

Requirements:

- BTech/ MTech (CS/IT) + TOGAF, CITAP or any equivalent certification to demonstrate Technology Leadership

- 15+ yrs of experience

- Experience in Designing and Leading the Architecture Track for Enterprise level solutions

- Stakeholder management with specific focus on CTO/CFO level

- Skills to run enterprise wide program involving stakeholders at multiple levels

- Good people management skills and people management experience of 10+ yrs

- Knowledge on utilizing software development methodologies (waterfall, RUP, Agile), and developing system requirements and program/technical specifications.

- Strong analytical skills,excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

- Possesses strong understanding of various Design Patterns, application frameworks, 3rd Party Products and solutions available in the field that will improve the productivity and quality of the solution

- Ability to translate functional requirements or high-level technical specification, into low level detail component design

- Good flair of Mobile, Web, Tablet solution designing and architecting, especially with RWD, Mobilization of applications, IOT and Cognitive Services

- Ability/willingness to travel
