Senior Techno-Functional Role - Capital Markets

Position: Senior Techno-functional role in Capital Markets (11+ yrs)

Role:

- Leading multiple teams in various Capital Markets related areas like Prime Brokerage/ Static Data/ OTC Derivatives/ Clearing etc. in building/ enhancing solutions

- Manage Delivery

- Guide and manage teams

- Identify best practices and continuous process improvements

- Product Development - work on enhancing the service offering in various capital markets related areas

- Use BI/Analytics tools like Excel/SQL/QlikView to create and manage MIS templates/Dashboards for senior management

- Proactively provide inputs and suggestions to improve processes

Requirements:

- Engg+ MBA (Premier Institutes)

- 11+ yrs of experience in Capital Markets

- Advanced Excel, SQL, VBA, MS Access, Qlikview, Dashboard tools skills

- Excellent Leadership skills and team management skills

- Strong understanding of Capital Markets products like Prime Brokerage/ Static Data/ OTC Derivatives/ Clearing

- Technical knowledge of database development and management

- Highly analytical and numerate with exceptional problem solving abilities

- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Should be very smart and confident

- Good relationship management skills and stakeholder management skills
