Senior Technical Leader - Program Management (10-15 yrs)
We are looking for people w.r.t the following brief :
- 10+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on technical background.
- Minimum 5+ years of program management experience leading complex technology projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience delivering successful system implementations utilizing multiple project management methodologies through agile methodologies and processes
- Experience with service-oriented architecture and development in a highly scalable online context
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment with flexibility balancing feasibility and viability
Responsibilities will include :
- Manage day-to-day priorities of the engineering team within an agile/scrum environment balancing short-term and long-term work both for backlog and future releases
- Collaborate with the software development, product and business teams.
- Work with key stakeholders to assemble project teams, define roles and responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
