- Building organizational capability of global supply chain and manufacturing vertical
- Promote company philosophies in culture, values and employee engagement
- Partner in business consolidation exercises
- The scope includes 31 factories with over 7500 employees spread across the country
- Key initiatives include facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, identification of critical roles and strengthening the bench
- Promoting internal mobility, building alternate career paths, and strategic planning for employee retention and development.
- Identifying talents across levels, building leadership pipeline
- Promoting gender balance and building pool of internal coaches for better sustenance and support
- Mentor the executive level
- Participating in Global projects
