Senior Strategy Analyst - Consulting Firm (3-6 yrs)
Our client's Strategy department is looking for a candidate with superior problem solving, project management and financial modelling skills. The candidate will provide complex reporting and analytical support required to maintain, evolve, and execute the Strategic Planning function.
Specifically, the candidate will support the Strategy Leadership team with the development and delivery of a 3 year strategy and operating model, working across departments with senior management to ensure alignment to company objectives and outcomes. Key responsibilities will include developing and tracking of data and performance metrics, preparing various reporting views, gathering requirements, and organizing and presenting data to management. The role will also require exercising independent judgement and discretion to analyse, interpret, and maintain internal and external business intelligence.
Key activities:
a) Work closely with senior management to ensure timely and quality Strategic Planning deliverables relating to Client's annual planning process
b) Deliver progress and exception reporting for the Company's Strategic Plan goals and initiatives
c) Organize, prepare, and present data to management, including new reporting formats and dashboards
d) Take a lead role in developing procedures, process flows, and charters to document Client's evolving governance and operating models
e) Lead various special assignments necessary to support business development and corporate initiatives
f) Perform other related duties as required and assigned
