About our Client - Our client is a global retail leader recognized among the most valuable brands world over in their domain of business. They have aggressive growth plans for India backed with a solid global strategy and want to become market leaders within the portfolio they cater to. They are looking for a Senior Specialist - Real Estate for the business based out of Mumbai.

Job Description - As our Senior Specialist - Real Estate, your nature of the work is focused on:

- Assist franchise partner to find profitable retail locations as per company standards in designated markets or malls

- Maintain healthy relationships with all key mall developers

- Assist partners in find best locations in all malls as per company strategy

- Help coordinate efforts with company Sales team

- Assist the company Store Construct team in monitoring progress, communication, conflict resolution & timeline updates

- Plan, Align & Review progress of franchise partners

- Annual store opening plans split for each month

- Quarterly performance reviews

- Weekly / monthly interactions

- Market Mapping - update & evolve strategy basis market trends (research, analyze, plan)

The Successful Candidate :

- The incumbent with 5+ years of experience must come having worked in a similar role in a reputed organization (added advantages - experience of working in retail in multiple regions in India) with strong communication and being a team player.

- Ability to travel extensively coupled with great negotiation skills is a must.

- Having worked in a leadership role is an advantage. The incumbent must have a strong presentation & interpersonal communication skills, self motivated, and deep passion for the brand.
