Senior Specialist- Internal Communication  We're looking for a Senior Specialist to join our Internal communications group.   - The candidate will be responsible for writing and editing materials for the various support functions. For instance, the person would have to generate and/or review content about a policy or benefit change in the firm.   - The person will be responsible for ensuring that the communication strategy across all groups in the firm is consistent; suggesting what/how information should be presented to employees; editing, designing, and printing internal materials; managing marketing opportunities for the firm.   - Additional responsibilities of managing the Firm's Intranet, communities, and other communication platforms are also part of this role.  - An ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience with an excellent writing and speaking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create creative communication strategies.  - A degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or marketing is an advantage, though other degrees are also acceptable.   - Experience in a communications team, especially internal communication, is a definite advantage.
