Looking for - Senior Solution Architect - Data Center - Infrastructure & Platforms-, who will be part of a large global presales team handling global clients. His/her responsibilities would include providing comprehensive Data Center (DC) Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions - Cloud Software, Automation, Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Consolidation, Transformation & Migration Solutions and provide complete pre-sales support in this domain. Also, would be responsible for HLD/LLD onsite at respective delivery locations. He /she would need to work closely with sales leadership teams and other practices. Will be responsible for making Techno-Commercial proposals for Transformation & Cloud Solutions, Products, System Integration & Managed Services.  This role provides enormous exposure to customer needs, latest technology trends and a truly global experience of large outsourcing deals.   The responsibilities include but not restricted to:  - Provide winning solutions as part of the pre-sales process including responding to formal or informal Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from existing and prospective clients.  - Ability to handle pre-sales queries for all technical support opportunities in DC - Platforms Infrastructure domain  - Addressing all platforms & storage opportunities and working in large RFP and customer requirements through Relationship management with partners and principles/OEM and hence delivering continuous service and value to customers.   - Provide innovative Automation led solutions  - Providing detailed HLD and LLD onsite at delivery locations  - This role primarily involves customer facing and customer interactions and ability to drive workshops / road-show's / presentations  - Coordinate with organization's BDM's, internal service lines, Practices, Account Managers to formulate accurate and timely response to RFP/RFIs.  - Solutions around cloud provisioning, orchestration & brokerage  - Solutions around Hybrid Cloud and Private Clouds - IAAS model  - Front ending solution design in the areas of Storage system - SAN & NAS, Servers Infrastructure, Virtualization - VCE, UCS, Consolidation, HA, DR, ILM, De-duplication, Data-Tiering, Backup, Archival, End to End Transformation & Migration cases and Cloud.  - Extensive experience in DC Migration - data and workloads  - Experience in estimation and costing for System Integration and Managed Services effort.  - Define industry and customer specific value proposition.  - Track market and competition and coming out with innovative ideas to be most relevant in the market place.  - Work towards enabling thought leadership for the Practice.  - Strong pre-sales orientation. Should have breadth of technology understanding.   - Candidate must have exposure on implementation projects involving DC technologies.  - Exposure to large Solution Designs, Sizing, Product configuration and consulting experience for High-Level and Low Level DC Solution Architecture and preparation of high level BOQ.  - Design, architecture, sizing, product configuration and consulting experience for Latest technology trends like - Virtualization - Integrated Solutions (SAP HANA etc.), Converged Solutions, Hybrid Cloud, Storage, Software defined Datacenter.  - Knowledge of infrastructure requirements for the standard applications like SAP, Oracle Apps, PeopleSoft etc.  - Working knowledge of Wintel, UNIX and Linux (open source) Operating System.  - Good knowledge of high availability solutions.  - Good knowledge of DR Replication Solutions.  - Experience in DC Infrastructure Migration and Transformation.
