We are seeking a highly motivated individual, who is passionate about the education industry and is keen to make a difference to Indian education.  This person will join the team in the position of Senior SEO Manager and will be responsible for hitting aggressive consumer growth targets via SEO and content strategy.   - Responsible for strategizing, implementing and executing various SEO strategies to hit traffic targets from the SEO channel.   - Devise SEO scaling strategies, for link building, user generated content and going after a new set of keywords.  - Closely work with a product to make website improvements and for implementing new ideas for SEO growth.  - Ensure regular SEO Audit checks happen, and any critical issue is immediately addressed  - Manage a team of SEO professionals.  Educational Qualifications:   - Bachelor's Degree preferably in computer science. Master's Degree a plus.  Professional Experience:  - 3+ years of experience in SEO preferably with software development background.  - Proven track record in achieving traffic growth via SEO strategies.  - Excellent understanding of HTML, On-page SEO as well as Off-page SEO.  - Excellent analytical abilities to understand various traffic metrics to drive strategy decisions.  - Must be highly organised and able to prioritise to meet deadline and targets.  - Excellent oral and written communication skills  - Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment   - Entrepreneurial mindset is a big plus.  Salary offered: 8 - 14 LPA
