Senior Sales Professional

What you will be doing:

- Key leadership role in the sales and marketing division

- Formulate realistic Sales strategies that identify with the company's standout products.

- Identify and develop relations with existing & new key customers (E.g. Corporate, HNI Clients)

- Coordinate with other functions viz. Sales Admin, Engineering, Legal on customer queries

- Develop relationships with Partners (brokers/ property consultants) to ensure market penetration in the region

- Coordination and implementation of Sales and CRM processes.

- Ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions by the team members

- Ethically closing deals to customer and organizational satisfaction

- Properly archive documentation for future reference. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of data related to the project sale and existing / potential customers

- Oversee after sales support to the customers at the project

- Monitor outstanding collections data and intervene, if required

Candidate Specification:

- A B.Tech (Civil)- since the function is product focused- with a strong sales background and minimum 12 years of sales experience in the Real Estate Sector with proven track record in developing sales strategies and building sales solutions for organization in the real estate sector.

- Must be successful in managing effective deployment of resources, systems and personnel to enable achievement of organizational objectives.

- Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning, business and market development, market research and planning and promotions.

- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of Business Development & Project Management a must

- Knowledge of Franchisee Sales a strong added advantage- since the function will leverage both product and brand strengths.
