Senior Sales Manager - HNI - Real Estate/Facility Management Services (1-3 yrs)

Sales stars, who have sometime worked with ARCHITECTS, selling products & services to end users in HNI category in Mumbai. THIS is YOUR calling.

The KRA's :

- Owning & Selling cleaning solutions at premium premises

- Ensuring Client Servicing, expectation management & delivery.

- Develop pipelines & achieve weekly growth targets

- Setting Daily retail sales and ensuring they actually work.

- Create, sustain & endure a hi-performance team for sales vertical, across corporate, residential & retail, etc.

- Drives strategic planning to continually improve results and effectively grow revenue .

- Developing key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers

- Analyzing sales data and generates forecast/metric reports that support recommendations for iterative improvements in the sales process.

- Directing the workflow and territory assignments of team members to ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds weekly/monthly/quarterly performance metrics.

- Leading projects and initiatives focused on the implementation of greater efficiencies throughout the sales cycle.

- Resolves sales-related client escalations as needed.

- Continuously researches industry trends and competitor offerings.

- Directly participates in selling to clients to stay knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources.

- Ensures positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

- Other duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education :

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Any Doctorate - Any Specialization

Experience :

- Sales guys from wealth management in HNI spaces.

- Sales pros from HNI real-estate sales.

- Sales pros operating in south Mumbai, selling insurance services.

- Sales pros who have worked with large facility management companies, having targets.

- Sales pros, who have had huge sales b/g’s in IPC’s.

- Sales pros, who have been judged best sales employees, consecutively, in their past career, of over 2-3 years, in a company, which is over 30 sales member strong.

- PEOPLE FROM NON-SALES BACKGROUND, DO NOT APPLY
